Lumina Homes Bacolod East: Helping Negrenses Achieve their Lifelong Dream of Homeownership
However, our children will not be with us forever. Soon, they
will be on their own. They will have their own families, raise children, and
experience what life truly is.
And so, we left with no choice but to let them live their lives
away from our prying eyes.
Of course, we will not entirely be out of the picture. Our
children need our love, guidance in their plans and projects, and encouragement
and support in their achievements.
Recently, one of my daughters called to confide in her plan of
buying a house and lot as an investment. She is still very much single, but I
admire her entrepreneurial character.
She told us that she wants her savings to go to something that
could double up in the next three to five years.
I told her, why not invest in real estate? Your hard-earned
money will surely earn double in just a few years. And with the dismal state of
our economy now due to the current situation, prices of real properties and
construction materials are going low.
And so, I looked around for affordable housing projects. One of
those I found was Lumina Homes.
Their housing units are selling like hotcakes. Now, they are set
to have another project. They went a little bit farther down east of Bacolod
City. This side of the city is becoming a tourism hub of sort because of
the sprouting of many resorts, recreational and leisure facilities in the area.
My family had been to Bantug Lake Ranch, which is just a drive
away from the proposed project. There are many fun activities we enjoyed there,
like horseback riding, boating, and fishing.
We also had the best summer at the famous Campuestuhan Highland
Resort, known by many as the Magic Kingdom of Negros. It is a perfect place to
rest and commune with nature after a stressful week at work.
Other must-see places along this area include The Guerrero Farm
and Nature Park, and Melba's Farm Guest House.
Moreover, there is an access road going to the northern part of
Negros Occidental, including the New Silay-Bacolod Airport, which will free you
from the Bacolod traffic. Thus, you can take your flight on time or explore the
northern part of Negros with ease.
The latest Lumina project will offer the same signature Lumina
Homes - affordable residential units and amenities such as shuttle service,
mini gardens, parks and playground, covered multi-purpose hall, and commercial
area provision.
I am also excited to tell my daughter that there are ongoing
promos for Lumina Homes Bacolod East.

Thank you for sharing your experience, I wish I could afford a house and lot sooner, and avail exciting promos.
ReplyDeleteI envy your daughter so much! I really admire her for being so wise and already thinking about investments. I wish I was wiser when I was younger and did the same. If only I invested earlier, maybe I won't feel any regrets now. Investing in real estate is a great option, and their promos are reasonable. I will search more about investing in Lumina homes and will think about it. Thanks for sharing this!
ReplyDeleteReal estate is definitely a good investment when done correctly. Wishing you and your family best of luck
ReplyDeleteWow, with those prices, they seem like a deal! Especially with those bonuses added to the packages! Makes homeowning easier! aisasami
ReplyDeleteI don't know how the economy is in your country but it is very bad here, the price of everything has doubled, buying a house has become almost impossible for an average person. Congratulations to your daughter by the way.
ReplyDeleteThe Lumina house models look modern and well-built. It's nice to know that they are offering an affordable option to Filipinos.

A Lumina home is a good investment!
We are in the process of buying a home. I love these! I wish they were in our area.
ReplyDeleteWhat a smart daughter you have. I had the opportunity to get into property when I was still in uni and passed on it and kicking myself forever more.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you had an awesome experience with Lumina. It's always great when you can find a company that will help you.
ReplyDeleteThe housing market has been going cray here in Florida. Thanks for sharing these housing opportunities.
ReplyDeleteThese home prices sound like a really good deal! I love that there are affordable options available.
ReplyDeleteIt is interesting that you speak of low prices. Here in Redondo Beach, CA our prices have been sparing through all of Covid.
ReplyDeleteWow! That is so affordable. I want to look into this. I love the modern designs too.
ReplyDeleteHaving just bought our first home 3 years ago, I can't stress this enough: It's worth it. While you don't have a landlord to look after any issues, the house is yours so long as you keep up with payments. That means you can paint the walls, redecorate, get a dog etc and not have to worry about losing your despoit. That and a mortgage is cheaper than rent (in theory).
ReplyDeleteHey there! I would like to hear your thoughts. Please comment below.
